Women in Compliance Luxembourg is a non-profit association that brings together women working in compliance, risk, audit, legal and related fields. Our mission is to help women connect, learn and lead in the compliance community, within a professional and supportive environment.

Connect

We create meaningful connections between women working in compliance, risk, audit, legal, ESG and related fields in Luxembourg. Through regular meetups and exchanges, members can build a reliable and supportive professional network.

We organise events, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on regulation, ethics, technology, soft skills and leadership. Our aim is to provide a space where members can continuously grow and stay up to date in a fast-evolving environment.
